We welcome a community of thinkers, artists, storytellers and global citizens, each drawn together by the pursuit of expression.
As a business model, ROOH brings multiple creative operations under one roof to cultivate a genuinely collective environment. Our space rests on two pillars: a salon space that honours our origins with KOOP London, and an environment designed for creative production and programming.

ROOH was created by the founders of KOOP Studio. That experience brings practical knowledge of hospitality, self care, independent business and the quiet details that make a room work.
ROOH is a new iteration: broader in scope, open to other disciplines and designed to create work beyond hair and beyond a single address.

Our space is a direct response to the creative displacement happening across the globe, with art spaces continually closing under socioeconomic pressure.
In truth, we do not know exactly how ROOH will evolve. Irrespective of the journey, we are committed to showcasing culture and giving opportunities to artists from all backgrounds. We will offer a platform and a network primed for collaboration and creativity, with the hope of making loads of new friends along the way.

We are deeply aware of the economic challenges creative spaces and artists have faced for many years, especially as funding and accessible venues continue to disappear. Our goal is to build something sustainable and lasting: a space that can continue supporting artists, ideas and expression for years to come.
